In conjunction with the Bisbee 1000 Stair Climb (www.bisbee1000.org) on Saturday, October 17, 2009 we will hold the Third Annual Made in Bisbee Marketplace. The event will take place in the lower court area in front of St. Patrick’s Church on Tombstone Canyon and will include live music, food, a Beer Garden and our very own “Made In Bisbee Marketplace”. Event organizers expect Stair Climb attendance to hit 2,000 this year so there should be many potential customers!
The show will feature approximately 50 local and visiting artisans with special emphasis on the “Made in Bisbee” items. We would love to have you participate!
* The event will be held from 8am–3pm. All vendors must remain until
3:00 pm.
* Booth spaces are available for $25 per 10’ x 10’ space BEFORE
September 1, 2008 and $30 ON OR AFTER September 1. Artisans with small items
may opt to share a booth with a friend.
* Artisans must provide their own awnings, tables and chairs. Awnings must be a MAXIMUM of 10”x
10”. Using weights with your awnings is highly recommended due to potential winds.
* Parking is available for vendors in the parking lot adjacent to the Marketplace.
* Vendor spaces will be marked on Friday, October 19th between 4 and 7 pm. You will be permitted
to set up tables and awnings during these hours but no inventory please. The gates will be locked
by 7 pm and there is no designated security.
If your set up is complex, you are requested to come Friday night to begin setup. No cars or trucks will be allowed to sit on the venue for unloading for more than 15 minutes Saturday morning.
* On Saturday, gates will open for set up at 6am. No cars or trucks will be allowed on the venue after 7:30 am. Set up must be completed by 8 am Saturday morning.
